- Receive alarm calls from operator of Alarm Front Monitoring
- Accept the arriving fast response team to the object.
- Get all required information to fast response team including object address and state, alarm details, owner contacts, object photo and location on iterative map.
- Receive reports from fast response team about the reason alarm.
- Track position of the fast response teams using GPS to display them to operator on the map.
1. Login in into the app
To beging using an app and receive alarm notifications fast response team has to login first. Enter the code received from administrator and click the Start Work button.
2. Waiting for alarm
After successful authorization the app will wait for incoming alarm calls.
3. Accept the alarm call
When operator performs the alarm call fast response team has to accept it to start an operation.
4. Object information
Fast response team will receive all required information about the alarm an source object state. He will see the name, type and state of the object, time and description of the alarm, address and contacts of responsible persons.
5. VIew object photo
Object photo allows to find out object location for quicker arriving.
6. Interactive map
Fast response team will have an interactive map with the object location that may show the rote to the object and traffic information.
7. Report about arriving to the object
When fast response team arrives to the object it has to report to track the reaction time.
8. Inspeciton report
After inspecting the object fast response team send a report about the alarm reasons. It may use predefined answer templates.
