Fast alarm handling
Alarm Front Monitoring is designed to improve response time and accuracy of alarm monitoring.
- Alarm history & Reports
- Save operator time
- Object plans
- Video Surveillance
- Flexible Alarm Notifications
Optimized alert display
Sometimes in a life safety issue, only one thing matters: speed.
Alarm Front Monitoring has optimized alert processing and displaying to be quickly processed by operator. Alerts contain all required information about the event and secured object state and parameters and detailed instruction how to proceed it.
Automatic event processing
The system can be configured to process non-critical events automatically in a non-interactive mode.
A huge database with up to 10,000 secured objects can be easily managed by only two operators.
You can create object plan that contains all it's partitions, zones and parameters.
Operator will see an exact location of alarm on the plan.
You can assign surveillance cameras to secured objects by matching objects to camera IP addresses. The operator can observe the area around secured objects, which can be extremely important if an alarm goes off.
Our benefits:
- Supports all major surveillance cameras and video formats (MJPEG, H264)
- Video streams can be saved locally on PC for processing alarm events
- Video wall mode allows supervising the matrix of multiple monitors
- Interactive camera control: move cameras up/down and left/right to find the perfect viewing angle
Alert security guards, business owners and their customers
Alarm Front Monitoring provides flexible notification alerts for security-related events. You can target alarm messages to security staff, business owners and the public.
Notifications can be sent via text messages, by email or Telegram messenger to any mobile device. The system can send JSON data about the alarm via HTTP for easy integration with other security systems.
Alarm Front Monitoring is often used with a single security officer who may not be present before the workstation all the time. Notifications enable guards to safely leave the monitoring center for patrolling or checking alarms.
User Groups
Alarm Front Monitoring allows configuring a complex flow for sending notifications on different types of objects and events via groups. Each recipient may belong to multiple groups.
Full Alarm History
Alarm Front Monitoring maintains detailed logs for all alerts and events for secured objects. This includes detailed information about the event, the state of secured object and any actions taken by the operator. With flexible filters and many types of graphs to visualize the reports, the operator can efficiently analyze alarm response and object management.
The data can be exported into plain-text CSV or Microsoft Excel formats to allow analyzing information in external systems.
Control objects with immediate response
Alarm Front Monitoring combines passive monitoring with active response, allowing sending commands to manage secured objects.
Track object availability
Alarm Front Monitoring offers multiple options to control the availability of remote objects:
- Send SMS messages and track response
- Dial up and hang up
- Monitoring check-ins from secured objects
The system enables controlling object availability with multiple SIM cards.
Scheduling availability tracking
Flexible schedules are available to set up remove object availability monitoring. The schedule allows enabling or disabling control during given periods of time such as on weekends and holidays
Easy to understand parameters
Alarm Front Monitoring collects and records the many parameters exposed by secured objects, detects and convert binary values into a human-readable form. As an example, it automatically converts temperatures from device-specific binary values into human-readable Celsius or Fahrenheit degrees.
You may even create a custom graphical view of an object displaying the current parameters using SVG or HTML markup.
Monitor critical parameters
Alarm Front Monitoring triggers an alarm if a given parameter value is out of bounds.
Inspect parameter history
Access historic values of any parameter on a graph or export them values into a file for further inspection.
Object control
Alarm Front Monitoring can manage remote objects by exchanging SMS, sending DTMF commands or voice calls.
You may arm or disarm objects, change keypad password and do a lot more in just a few clicks. You'll no longer have to do it directly through CSD data calls or using a data cable.
Schedule activities
You can plan actions on remote objects using scheduling, like daily or weekly at a given time. You may also send unplanned commands like arm/disarm if you're opening or closing early.
Web & Mobile app
Alarm Front Monitoring includes a built-in secure Web server allowing to monitor and control objects anywhere.
- Display information about your company (address, phones, logo).
- Informing client about balance and debt.
- Receive alarm notifications from Alarm Front Monitoring.
- Panic button. Operator will see client's location on the map.
- Ability to send reports about technical problems. Call a technician.
- Receive alarm calls from operator of Alarm Front Monitoring
- Accept the arriving fast response team to the object.
- Get all required information to fast response team including object address and state, alarm details, owner contacts, object photo and location on iterative map.
- Receive reports from fast response team about the reason alarm.
- Track position of the fast response teams using GPS to display them to operator on the map.
Process alerts and manage objects remotely
The built-in Web server enables quick remote access to objects being monitored. You can check their state, process alarms and run commands from any location using any device including your phone or tablet.
Saves time
With all the automation in Alarm Front Monitoring, your clients, dealers and technical specialists can have unassisted access to the data they need.
Secure data access
The Web server supports secured HTTS protocol to encrypt communications. Users are authenticated over HTTPS with a login and password. The built-in Access Control Rights system enables granting or restricting access to given objects and their functions for any user or group of users.
Integration with maps
View static and mobile objects on maps.
View alerts and objects on the map.
Alarm Front Monitoring aims to display static objects, object groups and alarms on the map.
The system supports Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Yandex.Maps and Bing maps.
Locating the objects is possible by using GPS or data provided by the GSM network provider (MCC, MNC, LAC, CID).
When zooming out, Alarm Front Monitoring can combine objects that are close to each other into groups. Once the operator clicks on a group, the map will automatically zoom in to display the area where the objects are located.
View real-time location of mobile objects
Alarm Front Monitoring tracks location of moving objects equipped with GPS trackers in real time. This, for example, may be used to determine the location of a car on the parking lot.
The system is able to receive and display a wide range of parameters from non-stationary objects. It can automatically calculate and display the speed, fuel level and whether or not the engine is running.
Routes for each object are stored in the database. You can review routes for a given period of time or generate a report to analyses what triggered the alarm or identify non-business use of the company’s vehicle.
Compatibility
Compatible with all major alarm receivers
Alarm Front Monitoring is able to receive alarms and event notification using multiple communication channels
Multiple GSM Modems
Alarm Front Monitoring supports multiple GSM modems at the same time. Multiple modems can be used to process different types of operations for better performance. For example, the first modem may process voice calls and messages to arm objects, the other modem to disarm them, the third modem to receive alarm calls and other events, and the fourth modem to control availability of remote objects.
The system processes events and alarms sent by secured objects, send commands and dispatch notifications to the clients.
The system supports 2-Way SMS messages, DTMF commands and Voice Calls.
External SMS Gate
Supporting the SMPP protocol, Alarm Front Monitoring is able to receive SMS messages via Internet by using a third-party SMS gateway. This does not require using a GSM modem, and works faster compared to stand-alone solutions.
COM port
Alarm Front Monitoring supports RS-232 and RS-485 protocols to communicate with common hardware alarm receivers.
TCP/IP (GPRS)
Alarm Front Monitoring can receive messages from LAN/WAN/VLAN directly without using hardware alarm receivers. This can reduce expenses for phone calls and messages.
Email and HTTP
Alarm Front Monitoring can monitor email messages by utilizing the SMTP protocol to receive alarms and event notifications.
With its built-in Web server, the system also can receive messages via HTTP/HTTPS.
GSM modules and Alarm Receivers
Alarm Front Monitoring is compatible with most GSM modules and alarm receivers.
